Back to: Health clinic Vaccines: from revolt to Zé Gotinha PT

Who it is for

For anyone who is in Brazil.

Vaccines at the health clinic are free. They do not depend on how much people earn, where they live or whether they have health insurance.

They do not depend on where a person was born either. The Migration Law guarantees migrants access to public health services on equal terms with Brazilians, “without discrimination on the grounds of nationality or migration status.”

Today the program offers 31 vaccines, in about 38,000 vaccination rooms, and hands out close to 300 million doses a year.
